We recently decided to start a business, our interest in having a food truck sparked from our love for traveling and food. We are a family-owned business, Myself (Ruby), my husband, and our kid. Now, you're probably asking what makes us so special from other taco trucks, well, We are family-owned first of all but the main reason is running a taco truck is our passion and we love seeing people fall in love with our food. We get our ingredients locally and straight from the source. So all of our ingredients are packed with nutrients and not sprayed with chemicals. By the way we travel throughout New Mexico, especially Sante Fe
